This two-day training covers the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive/Regulations, equipment categorisation, different modules and associated conformity assessments, Essential Safety Requirements (ESRs) and technical documentation required to prove conformity and understand CE and UKCA marking.
The training will give you an understanding of applicable legislation and how to design compliant products, apply regulation knowledge to your products and highlight actions you may need to take to make equipment safe.
This training is aimed at machinery manufacturers, facilities managers, technical engineering managers, production managers, safety managers, designers and anyone else who is responsible for managing equipment under the Pressure Equipment Directive/Regulations.
The course consists of presentations, exercises and worked examples, providing interactive participation and question-and-answer sessions. Participants receive a certificate of attendance if they attend the full course and complete the exercises.
