This one-day of training aims to enhance verbal and written communication skills, with a particular focus on the aspects of communication necessary to effectively develop, assess and document compliance of machinery.
Effective communication is critical to the success of any complex project, including product safety and compliance. The development of the design for compliance, and the demonstration that this compliance has been fulfilled rely on both verbal and written communication.
This course provides a basis for understanding key aspects of communication and why it commonly fails, as well as providing practical tips for improving verbal and written communication. The day is highly interactive, providing the opportunity to gain feedback from the trainer and other delegates.

The course consists of presentations, exercises and worked examples, providing interactive participation and question-and-answer sessions. Participants receive a certificate of attendance if they attend the full course and complete the exercises.
