Three days of training covering legislative compliance of complex projects and installations, including the roles and responsibilities of the interested parties.

Why should you attend?

Bespoke plant installations are often complex in nature, invoking the requirements of varied legislation. Compliance with the law is therefore often not straightforward, particularly where the responsibilities are linked to complex contractual arrangements.

The training provides an overview of product regulations that may apply, the legal responsibilities of various parties, techniques for complex risk assessment and the production of a technical file and required declarations. The training also provides detail on processes for the management of diverse sets of requirements.

Project managers, engineering leaders, safety and compliance engineers, quality engineers and anyone who is involved with the compilation of technical files or risk assessments.

How is it delivered?

The course consists of presentations, exercises and worked examples, providing interactive participation and question-and-answer sessions. Participants receive a certificate of attendance if they attend the full course and complete the exercises.
