This one-day training covers the importance of effective requirements management to the successful delivery of a project, from the identification of the requirements at the outset to the demonstration of their completion at the end.
Effective requirements management is a key factor for the successful delivery of new machinery development. The course covers the identification of requirements from disparate sources, articulation of those requirements in a robust manner, management of those requirements through the project lifecycle, and verification of their satisfactory completion.
